Arnold’s Supply and Kleenit Co. has very deep roots in Rochester and southern Minnesota. Beginning in 1929, Floyd and Gwen Arnold set the gears in motion by cleaning a few small offices and stores in the Rochester area.

They started out working out of their home and, with great determination,eventually grew the business to include a supply division.

Today, Arnold’s is recognized as the leader in building maintenance services. We are home to a 25,000 square foot facility and have nearly 150 dedicated employees.

Our customer base has grown to over 130 buildings and thousands of maintenance supply customers.
